The K. Boateng Youth Theatre is affiliated to, and run within The K. Boateng Academy of Performing Arts is situated at 14th Lane, Off Danquah Circle, 1st Left after Koala on Osu Oxford Street, Above Cassba Internet Cafe, Accra, Ghana. We are a new, young, and innovative youth theatre, catering for the needs of the young.
The Youth Theatre was set up for the purpose of developing and promoting performing arts for young people in Ghana.
Our Vision and our Mission

• We are passionate about emphasizing quality, team-work, and above all enjoyment when we are working with our actors.
• We are passionate about providing the Youth of Ghana with opportunities to make positive changes to their own lives, and to the society they live in, through working in collaboration with each other.
• We are committed to the educational, personal, and social development of young people through the form of the creative arts.
• We endeavour to instil in our members a creative inquisitiveness, leading them to explore all areas of the creative arts, such as writing, directing, acting, and indeed any other form available in the entertainment industry
I'm delighted to inform you that applications to audition are now open for the 3 Week Acting Course. THE COURSE RUNS BETWEEN JUNE - AUGUST 2009! The Auditions for the 3 Week Acting Course are scheduled to run throughout all of May 2009.
We accept application from all young people between the ages of 14-27 from all over Ghana.
